Eleanor Williams, MSW, LCSW

Eleanor Williams, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker based in North Carolina and the founding North Carolina state licensee of the BetterMind.Space national network. She earned her Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University and is licensed by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board.

Eleanor has spent the last five years working in behavioral health, medical social work, and acute psychiatric care across North Carolina. Her experience spans home health case management with HealthView Home Health and Hospice, family-centered therapy with Health Connect America, medical case management at Mission Health, and unit clinician work on an inpatient psychiatric floor at Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services. In 2025 she founded Elechris Health and Wellness, PLLC, providing individual therapy, crisis assessment, and care coordination for clients with co-occurring medical and psychiatric needs.

As North Carolina state licensee for BetterMind.Space, Eleanor serves as the Therapist in the Loop for Casey, the platform's voice-first clinical AI. She provides continuous supervisory oversight for client sessions in North Carolina and leads clinical partnerships with university counseling centers and community mental health programs across the state. Her view is direct. AI in mental health is arriving whether clinicians are at the table or not. She would rather help build it the right way than watch it built the wrong way.
